Mission
LIBACCO is a nonprofit, community-based organization established to promote the well-being of its members, Liberian immigrant community in Chester County and its surrounding areas, and to advance the interest if Liberians in the United States and Liberia.

Our vision is to be the most proactive, people-centered, and cohesive Liberian organization in Pennsylvania.
